This Week’s Strategy:
This week’s strategy comes from the book Selling With by Nate Nasralla.
It’s an email you can send to make your value clear, share a relevant case study and ask to multi thread.
Highly recommend buying his book - it’s the best one I’ve read in quite sometime (maybe ever).
Framework:
Reframe the problem.
Describe a logical approach and why they believe it’ll work.
Create tensions (if we do this, good things; if not, bad things).
How you (and your product) delivers on creating the good.
Call to action based on how your email needs to travel.
Email Example:
Hey all, you mentioned that instead of reducing headcount, you're trying to increase quality leads to get top line revenue back on track.
Your thought is more product education upfront = faster sales cycles = more reps hitting quota. Ideally, this drops your sales cycles from 60 days to 40 days.
If we can't get this done by Q4, you mentioned there're going to be some tough choices.
