They don’t need to be complex or be designed well — A simple table will do.

Now that a plan’s in place.

There’s a couple ways to re-engage if it’s looking like deadlines are going to be missed.

First you can send an email:

Or you can put time on their calendar with an explanation.

(This is one of my favorite moves)

At this point it you should have built a relationship with your champion so doing these things should be more than welcomed.

This is one of the most underrated skills in sales and building your career.

Learn to do this well and your career trajectory will improve 10x.
