Your deal seems to be going great… but then your champion starts ghosting you out of nowhere.

We’ve all been there.

Here’s three email templates you can use when that happens that’ll get you a reply and hopefully another meeting on the books!

Hey Jill,

Haven’t heard back in awhile.

Usually that means one of the following:

1. You decided to move forward with another solution.

2. Life happened, you got busy but were planning on reaching back out.

3. This project got de-prioritized for more important initiatives.

Let me know if it’s one of these things or something else.

All good either way!

Hey Jill,

Last time we chatted your top priority was X.

And it seemed like we shared the same goal of finding a path to partnership and starting implementation.

But maybe things have changed since I haven’t heard back in bit? If that’s the case let me know and absolutely no worries at all.

Are we still on track for our implementation on February 5th?

Usually when I don't hear back after sending a mutual action plan, it's because there's internal conversations around timing, price, or prioritization.

Is that the case or is it something else? Either way, all good!
